Without: any technical context, it could mean anything or nothing. There is simply not enough information to render an opinion in either directIon. It is tempting to look at the screen, but to a layman' s eye lots of innocuous findings and technical artifacts could look ominous on ultrasound. Talk to your doc about the results.
