Yes: I would be nice to clean them but your cold was due to a virus that you have now developed immunity to and so you cannot re-infect yourself. Don't share them with others (some actually do this).

Yes: You already had that strain of virus and you body formed antibodies to it. However you should clean you lenses well daily.
