Which is better to treat irregular periods because of pcos? bromocriptine or metformin? glucose is normal.

Prolactin: elevation is the only indication for bromocryptine. If it is elevated then that is a good medicine (and also a reason to see if there is a prolactin secreting struture somewhere). If the prolactin isnt elevated then bromocryptine isnt as good as metformin.
