Anxiety and BP: Anxiety and even pain can raise your BP. Talk w/your doc about how to keep a record of your BP. If you are free of medical conditions he/she may recommend that you stop and just get your PB taken when you have doc visits. You are wise in stopping an obsession. Consider seeing a mental health professional for help w/POSSIBLE OCD, especially if you have other obsessions or thoughts. Peace.
