I noticed that my bp is lower (120/70) in the summer, but higher (140-150/90) in the winter. is that normal? i also have anxiety having my bp taken. maybe vit. d levels lower in winter?? no other changes. blood work all good.

Variable: Get a device and take it regularly and make a record. Varies with exercise, diet, age etc. Low is less than 90 and symptomatic High is greater than 150 systolic and 90 diastolic on a regular basis. See new AHA guidelines for the science. As you see your personal numbers your anxiety will likely go away!
