White Coat Anxiety: Many patients have anxiety before going to see the Doctor, on way to Doctor’s office, and in the waiting room of the Doctor. Some patients call it White Coat Anxiety.
Anxiety can be due to seeing an authority who may tell that something is wrong or you have a major medical condition, lecture you, or scold you for not taking care of your health.

Yes!: You can get anxiety in any situation even if it seems illogical. Doctor visits cause anxiety for ppl often because they are afraid of finding out bad news, they may receive an unexpected bill, or sometimes the environment itself makes people nervous. Use some deep breathing next time you go in and tell yourself you will be OK. Good luck
