Sudden rash 7mts ago turned chronic.mostly on neck,back&legs.derm says bac.folliculitis.2x-100mg minocyline not helping.normal?how do i make it stop??

Antibiotics: If this a bacterial problem and minocycline isn't effective, perhaps a course of dicloxacillin, an effective antistaphyloccocal antibiotic, may be successful. If you're allergic to penicillin you can't take this antibiotic,however. Discuss this with your dermatologist who might suggest another potent skin antibiotic.
