Coughing blood: Sounds like you have an upper respiratory infection. Blood tinged sputum is not uncommon in patients with bronchial inflammation and cough. Generally supportive care with fever reducers are indicated for viral infections. If your symptoms do not improve in 5-7 days or worsen, then you should be seen by our primary doctor.
