Good start: Sinus headaches can definitely be caused by allergies, especially if you get them every spring, when tree pollen is high. First step allergy testing to see what you are allergic to. Allergist should give you tips to best avoid pollen like washing clothes upon entering home, keeping windows closed, etc.. Flonase + an oral antihistamine during spring should help. Allergist will give more management
