How long am i suppose to wait to worry about a swollen lymph node?

Depends on size and : Nodes can swell up due to infections. Most infections settle down in 2-3 weeks. So if the nodes are still enlarged or getting bigger and if they are painless, you should go see your doctor for a check up.I would be concerned if the nodes are larger than one inch after 4 weeks of observation.
