Lymph node: If it has been there and is unchanged for a few months then something emergent like cancer would be unlikely. That area would be common for a benign reactive lymph node. Also possible to have a lipoma or other benign cyst. Neck region could also be a thyroglossal duct cyst. Some antibiotics may be needed for possible infection. Consider biopsy if persists.
