Lymph nodes: Small less than 1 cm freely movable not matted to surrounding tissue. Not source of great concern. But should be monitored. If change enlargement of other symptoms fever night sweats fatigue further evaluation indicated.

not to worry: Unless the lymph nodes are enlarged to near 2 cm or over, i would not be too concerned about anything serious going on here.
