You are: describing "classical" FOLLICULITIS.... Use an antibacterial soap...followed by an OTC antibiotic cream (eg"NEOSPORIN) and if not "better" get the area checked out medically...doesn't sound like an STD but if not better...get it evaluated Hope this helps!
