Here are some...: Pearly penile papules are common around the base of glans penis - more often in the uncircucised men, but is benign, not contagious, and require no need for any treaatment. As to the concerned area around anus, it is hard to draw a conclusion of what it is although it may be just a hemorrhoid. Bottom line still lies on if it has bothered you at all, If not, leave it alone, wait, and see.
