Hi i was diagnosed with pcos but i don't really have the symptoms am i considered infertile?

Possibly: If you were diagnosed with PCOS it likely means you reported irregular periods and perhaps some increased facial or abdominal hair. Labs tests usually show elevated testosterone. Women with PCOS do not ovulate regularly and some do not at all so if you are trying to get pregnant you should discuss with your doctor and have your doctor refer you to a reproductive endocrinologist

ABSOLUTELY: NO...you may need medical treatment to assist your fertility but such treatment is very available and very successful! I hope this helps! Dr Z
