Not necessarily.: Pcos patiens have lower fertility rates than normal women, however they can also get pregnant. Metformin, diet and weight loss can all help reverse pcos/hcas (hyperandrogenism chronic anovulation syndrome) and increase fertility rates to normal. Seek care with a reproductive endocrinology specialist.
