Shoulder pain: First you need to find out the nature of injury to the shoulder, like tendon injury tear which could be partial or complete tear, or it could be frozen shoulder, your diagnosis of bulging in shoulder does not sound right. Disc bulge happens in the back. Disc bulge in the neck may cause shoulder pain also. See an orthopedician to guide you with the treatement.

Get this diagnosed: You need to have shoulder evaluated for potential rotator cuff tear, and an alternative explanation may involve problem with brachial plexus such as thoracic outlet syndrome. Nerve compression in neck? Would a Concierge appt help?

You don't have a: bulging disc in your shoulder. Discs are in the back. Having said that, have you seen an orthopedist? what did they say? have you had physical therapy?
