Chest pain: There is no such thing as 'lung pain'. There is pleuritic pain related to inflammation of the inner lining of the chest due to problems in the thoracic cavity. Given your symptoms, I recommend that you get evaluated in an emergency room where a chest xray should be done to evaluate what is going on .. update me with what happens after you are evaluated.
