Probably safe: Assuming you're an otherwise healthy person with no history of diabetes, liver dysfunction, etc, there should be no problem going that stretch without eating. I wouldn't make a habit out of it, as your body will start to use energy stores that may end up depleted if this becomes a recurrence.

Well not good: It is not good to go without eating you shock the body and thus end up altering the metabolism. Never to return to normal. Now 19 hours is not real dangerous but get back to normal eating pattern and keep the body working in a normal fashion
