signs and symptoms of mild ulcerative colitis? i know bloody, mucus stools and abdominal pain are symptoms.are these symptoms present in mild disease?

They can be, but...: ...unless you get tested & appropriately treated there's no diagnosis. At this point, while ulcerative colitis is in the differential, there are many other possibilities to consider that present with the symptoms you describe. Please see your doctor now.
