No: No, if you have a period after sexual intercourse, then you can be certain you did not become pregnant from that encounter. Pregnancy is also not possible without some form of penetration, so you're double safe. Some light spotting after intercourse is common and not necessarily indicative of having a period... but again, since there was no penetration, you can't be having post-coital spotting.
