Could be: have been implantation bleeding, and you could be pregnant. Do a pregnancy test. Home pregnancy tests are fairly reliable within days of conception. If the test is negative, repeat another test in about 1 week if you have not started your period yet. If you are trying to get pregnant you should take Folic acid 1 mg every day to prevent birth defects.
