Anxiety can: manifest in shortness of breath but there can be other causes also. Please see your doc to make sure your breathing is ok. Beyond that, consider lowering the dose of stimulating movies and music. Peace and good health. If you are generally anxious a clinical psychologist can teach you strategies to cope more effectively.
