Sounds like hives: 26 yo male with red lumps coming out on certain parts of body. Hives resemble lumps, they are usually large and raised off the skin, and extremely itchy. Try taking an oral antihistamine to see if the hives get better. If you have any associated difficulty breathing or swelling of your throat, please seek emergency treatment.
