A member asked:

Is there any down side to going to costa rica from florida for two dental implant crowns? (not the implant surgery itself) they have a lab on site.

Responsibility: People often ask this question because they are trying to save money... it's cheaper to have the work done in Costa Rica. The concern is always if there is a problem with your care... you won't know if the crowns fit properly to the implants or the materials used. If there is a mismatch which causes an implant failure, screw breakage, etc, who are you going to go to for help? Going back South?
