Earlobe is itchy with bumps on it and burns and water comes out of it. it hurts when i lay down

Itchy sore ear: You are most likely describing eczema/ dermatitis, which is itchy. But infection with impetigo or herpes virus is also possible and causes soreness, so see your doctor for treatment if symptoms persist or get worse.
