Get reoccurring pain in calf,lasts 3/4 days then goes away.gradually becomes more painful esp when walking,not sudden onset pain. sometimes bruises?

A hands on exam and perhaps a test or two would either affirm or rule out the possibility of a potentially very serious condition.
