Yesterday i feel off a 10ft roof onto bum and was able to get up after and walk with some pain. today i woke up with a large black bruise on lower bum cheek extending to side of leg with large hot bump . could i have sustained any serious injuries?

See a doc: Cannot tell if the bruise indicates muscle contusion or tear, or if these if an occult fracture. You need an exam to be sure. Good luck
