UTI yes, STD no: These tests are intended strictly for detection of non-STD urinary tract infections. You can be pretty sure you don't have a UTI. (Non-STD UTIs are rare in men your age anyway.) You could still have gonorrhea or chlamydia; you need specific tests for them. The chance is low if you don't have abnormal urethral discharge. But if you have been at risk and not tested recently, do it now.

Yes & no: Negative nitrites & leukocytes means that it's very unlikely for you to have a urinary tract infection. We also look under microscope for presence of white blood cells & bacteria as other signs of bladder or kidney infection. However, normal urinalysis doesn't tell us whether you have a sexually transmitted disease/infection or not. You have to ask for specific tests for each infection.
