No such thing as...: In modern medicine, there is no such thing as "everything" but doctors and patients might call it "everything". Specific tests are selected at one visit. If results are not as expected, and more testing is needed, then additional tests are selected. Only in very strange and hard-to-diagnose cases, after multiple visits and trips to specialists, should one say the "everything" has been tested for.
