A member asked:

I have pcos & i'm obese. i haven't taken treatment for pcos. how should i treat it? will weight loss help.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

PCOS: You must follow your doctor's advice about PCOS. May or may not need meds. Weight loss is important, particularly at your age. Have your doctor refer you to a dietitian and you should also go to a local facility near you and start learning exercise. Never try to lose weight quickly. Your trainer will help you.
