How does fertility treatment for lo-cah differ from fertility treatment for pcos? i'm young, normal-weight, ovulate rarely, and am otherwise healthy.

Yes: Even though the 2 disorders have the same symptoms, their causes are different. Most docs will treat cah with steroids (to suppress the adrenal output) and pcos with with some combo of Clomid (clomiphene) and/or metformin (to treat Insulin resistance and induce ovulation).
