Not worrisome: in and of itself, this is not too worrisome - probably you had your head angled in a way that a nerve root in your cervical spine became briefly compressed. That said, if the electrical pains and numbness persists and worsens, or (and especially) if you develop weakness in your arm somewhere (eg biceps) then a short steroid taper might help and an MRI of the C-spine may be warranted.
