Yes, more options: a 27 yo female with allergies on zyrtec and singulair (montelukast) already. Spring allergies can be bad, but there are still options. An OTC nasal steroid spray (like Flonase or Nasacort) used consistently (every day) and with proper technique (point outwards towards ear), Saline sinus rinses daily also can help. See an allergist to determine exactly what you are allergic to. Allergy shots an option as well
