Yes, you should: Your risk factors are substantial, and I assume you recognize this & are dieting but are frustrated. If so, you're not unique--but stick with the effort! Cheating on your diet twice a week will help you feel less deprived, but make up for it the next day. Research fun low-cal recipes, and find some activity that you consistently enjoy and that gets you moving (walk, bike, etc.)
