Uncertain: First, I am very sorry that your niece has been diagnosed with ATRT, and survival rates in the past, esp. for children under 3 was very poor. Also, location is significant in determining surgical removal and response. Now multicenter studies using a combination of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation report a slightly better prognosis. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3930393/
