Feel the fear and: do it anyway is the title of a book and good advice. I respect your fear but it's not helping. Please ask your doc for a referral to a mental health professional or contact your state psychological association. If someone offers medication ok, but don't use that w/out other therapy. Afraid to get help: You just took the first step by asking for help here. Talk to someone you trust for immediate support. Could be a family member, friend, teacher, doctor etc. If you have any thoughts of self-harm, go to ER or urgent care for evaluation and guidance. Depression can be treated. You deserve to feel better. Best wishes.
