Difficult to say: This is a hard thing to deal with. Consider a bit of independence. You are close to adulthood. You could go on your own. Or another adult - relative/teacher even a friend. or clergy. Another idea is to describe it as more severe - then an expert can get involved and teach your folks about a stitch in time. Best!

Could be appendix: If it is appendix or something else it is better to find it earlier than later when it can lead to more serious complications. Ask them to discuss it with your physician and see what the best course is.
