Try hair dryer: First have her lay down on the bad ear side and let the alcohol drain out.Then use a hair dryer on a no-heat setting to blow into the ear and evaporate remaining alcohol. After this is done have her seen in urgent care. Alcohol can burn any irritated skin and there is obviously something wrong or the alcohol would not hurt.
