It's normal.: The same pressures which make your face red when you cry causes the inside of the nose to swell and get stuffy. The nose running is tears passing down the nasolacrimal duct, a tube which runs from the eyes to the nose.

Cry: The real question is. why you cry? You MUST see your primary doctor and also a Psychologist! Please let me know how things develop over time - I am very confident you will "recover".
