Baby with temp: If Acetaminophen (tylenol) does not help your baby's crying, she might have an ear or throat infection with her runny nose. She needs to be checked by a doctor to be sure she doesn't have something more serious than a cold. Her temp is not very high, but it is high enough to make the baby fussy and headachey, and the nasal congestion may be making it hard for her to sleep.
