Arm pain: You don't provide enough information as to how you got this. You also say "shape of muscle ..." Didn't specify which part of forearm it is on, etc. Nevertheless, go to the ER and they will do a diagnostic Duplex scan to see what it is, to exclude vascular structure or other.
