Yes: At 7 weeks, it is still too early to feel the fetal movements so you only know you are pregnant because of either morning sickness or pregnancy test and/or ultrasound. Don't worry, baby will soon start to be felt, but usually not till 2nd trimester, about 16wks.

Do not have to feel: At seven weeks you do not have to feel the pregnancy. At seven weeks you not only don't have to feel the pregnancy you don't even have to look pregnant. If you are worried about this you should give your obstetrician a call and discuss. In general, not feeling anything at seven weeks is fine.
