Hormones can cause some of those symptoms. There is a new article from dr. Paulman describing cases where thinking about and wishing for a baby changed hormone levels. This then caused symptoms consistent with pregnancy. The other possibility is vaginal bleeding which occurs in 25% of pregnancies and can at times be heavy or appear regular. Your doctor can evaluate your symptoms.
