Any movement is good: One of my daughters did handsprings. The other was a "happy lump". However both were moving. Oddly it's their postnatal personalities too, but don't read into that. It's fine if they aren't making your belly bulge out. If you feel some movement, that's what's important. So enjoy, and be glad you're not in pain. You should also have your 20 week ultrasound coming up, which should reassure you.

First one?: When carrying your first child you tend to notice movements later than you will in later pregnancies. At 20 weeks the fetus still only is about 10=11 oz in weight so it doesn't have that much to throw around. Wait until the third trimester!
