For the past few weeks i occasionally drool brownish yellow saliva while sleeping. is it something serious? otherwise i'm a healthy 19 year old male.

Probably nothing: It is hard to say with no other history. It is normal to drool, the drool usually stains sheets a yellow brown when it dries which it sounds like you are describing. If you spit and it is actually yellow brown, issues to worry about would be infection, bleeding in mouth/gums perhaps. If you say you are well, it is probably nothing but have it checked out if symptoms persist or get worse.
