That's bile: The yellow fluid is just bile. The main question is why is he vomiting. Is it just a stomach bug or something else. If he doesn't get better, you need to seek medical attention.

Throw up: Two options: 1: Go to the nearest pharmacy and they could be of good help. 2: Go to the nearest Emergency facility as soon as possible. That said, there may well be a long wait time in the ER. Wish your husband well.
