I'm experiencing a stiff pain in my neck that has been there for two weeks now as of yesterday it has shifted to the other side ?

Neck pain: At your age arthritis of the cervical(neck) spine would be most unusual. A more likely cause would be muscular discomfort secondary to inflammation, strain or simply sleeping on a bad pillow. Applying warm,moist packs,liniments and, if you can take them, anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen or Aleve (naproxen) should help the discomfort. See your physician if symptoms persist.
