A member asked:

I'm on lexapr20mg what blood test should i screen for?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No routine testing: Lexapro (escitalopram) isn't a medication that requires any specific blood monitoring. We don't follow kidney function, liver tests, blood counts or anything else after starting patients on it or changing the dose. We do follow your depression/anxiety symptoms to see if it seems to be helping your symptoms. Good luck, this med helps many people!
