Avoid or just a bit: If you rarely take the drug, most will be out of your system (half-life) but it will be possible for the drink to have a bigger effect. Prepare - don't be the driver, drink as little as possible and slowly and eat too. Aboid if you're worried about it. Best!

Alcohol Abuse, Anxie: Lorazepam is for Anxiety, It helps to decrease worrying, upsetness, irritability and tension; and leads to relaxation. Reflect on your reasons to use Lorazepam and Alcohol. Both are habit forming. If you do not have Alcohol Dependence problem, it is ok drink Alcohol 24 hours after taking Lorazepam.
